During your pregnancy Frederic can assist you in continuing to exercise safely and sensibly in ways that are suitable to your changing body. Undertaking the right kinds of exercise and stretching at this time can enhance the experience, giving you more energy and less pain, particularly in the back where most expectant mothers complain of. Dependant on fitness and desire it is possible to exercise the whole way through pregnancy, gradually slowing down on cardio and building up on stretching, breathing techniques and pilates.  Every individual is different but many claim that they've felt more prepared and confident for the birth while others believe being fitter has aided a smoother delivery.


Post pregnancy, Frederic can help you to build up your muscles, strength and fitness levels taking you back to your pre-pregnancy shape and weight while making sure your nutrition does not suffer.

Weight Loss Programmes


Weight loss is the reason the highest number of clients engage in the services of Frederic. Over-indulgence, Pregnancy, Thyroid problems, water retention or just the general effects of age on metabolic rate lead us to gain weight which can easily spiral out of control.


By understanding your situation a suitable and enjoyable plan can be configured to have your confidence rising while your weight is falling. As important as the weight loss is the general reshaping of your body which is why a combination of different methods are used including Cardio, pilates, free weights, core, abdominal and stretching techniques.


While results can be seen as quickly as you are prepared to work, Frederic is more focused on developing this as a lifestyle choice so that you are able to sustain the body and confidence you've worked hard to achieve.

Running / Stamina


Running whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned veteran is a beneficial form of exercise which can be enjoyed and improved on regardless of age and fitness.


As well as being incorporated into weight-loss and fitness plans, clients have come for guidance and training in preparation for Charity runs, longer distance half and full Marathons, as well as Trail running.

Senior Sport


The answer to getting older in good physical health is to think of sport as a fun and relaxing activity. Healthier lifestyles, medical advances, younger mentalities and a zest for life are all ensuring that our bodies are able to function, feel and look much younger than our years.


Frédéric offers a combination of mild cardio, balance and flexibility using various  equipment including resistance bands, medicine ball and dumbells. Working in this way  will enhance your health, strength and stamina for the long term.


In later life safety is also an issue when it comes to exercising alone and as such many people stop altogether.

Strength / Body Mass Training


Getting back in shape is hard after a lapsed period. Are you lacking motivation or perhaps simply bored with the current physical activity you are doing?

Frederic will work with you to build a fitness programme which will focus on cardiovascular activities. A series of short and high energy routines will increase your endurance and give you more energy.


Are you looking to build or tone your muscles? Once you’ve determined which part of your body your want to strengthen or tone (abs, shoulders, calves...) Frederic can specifically work on strengthening these muscles through different routines to reach your objectives.

Pilates / Stretching


Pilates and Stretching have been a daily part of Frederic's life for ten years and the importance placed on them is immeasurable both for the aesthetic physical effects and as importantly, the positive and beneficial effects on internal organs and well being.


Over the past ten years the practices of Yoga and Pilates have grown significantly in popularity and this is with good reason. Whether your reasons to engage in these are to tone and elongate muscles (and therefore the appearance of limbs), or whether more for relaxation purposes, different practices are applied. In addition to this flexibility can be significantly improved, benefiting the joints and bones, which can help correct bad posture, alleviate general aches and pains, and ease anxiety.

Physical Preparation


Football, cycling, skiing, volley-ball, handball, basket-ball, water sports, tennis, Rallye, moto GP ...All of these sports need a specific programme of training.

Whether you need preparation for the ski season to feel more confident, or to improve your performance in competition, for each specialism Frederic will create a programme for you.

From novice to expert or professional, he will adapt programmes to your level and experience to enhance your future performance.
